Due to the Coronavirus, many people around the world don’t have access to the gym. In times like these, it is imperative that we can work out at home so we don’t lose all of our gains that we worked so hard for in the gym. In this video, I show you guys a full-body workout that you can do 3-5x a week to help maintain your muscle mass while you don’t have access to the gym. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and preferably a pull-up bar. It only takes 10-15min to complete this workout.
