I love workouts like this when I’m on a time crunch and I need to squeeze in a cardio moment ! there’s so many ways to do a “HIIT WORKOUT” doesn’t have to be this way or any other way its what you like BUT it just has to be repetitive enough to keep your heart rate up and going !
