  1. Hi, first thank-you so so much for taking the time to show the routine sets n reps. It's awsome of u guys. I really wanna focus on my abs n my butt been watching every single video multiple times for about 2weeks trying to learn the best routine. I am noticing trouble with lifting my butt n I was wondering how many times I should be going to the gym n doing the routine at home. I also have the power band n I use 10lbs ankle weights on each ankle..
    I'm 5'2 n weigh 115 lbs.. should I gain more weight to get a bigger butt??
