  1. I've been doing this 3 times a week, for three weeks and getting slowly better at it. For now, I can't hop on the plyo push ups and the dolphin hops are really hard on the arms, since you do them right after. Great work out to do in the morning, straight out of bed. Would recommend.

  2. Question for Anna-  I do ALL kinds of workouts, circuit, cross fit, wgt lifting, dance, yoga, etc.  I need good lateral stability but cross trainers- can you reccomend shoes you like as you do all kinds of workouts as well?  Thanks!
