  1. Hey Tony, I have an idea for a video 🙂 How about an " out of the bed get the day started " warm up routine ? Just a few minutes long ( 5 max ) just to get the blood flowing… 🙂 Please give it a thought 😉 Love your work btw, keep it up!

  3. #AskTony Hey Tony! I was wondering if you could tell me how I can increase my pull up numbers. I try to max out on my bar on my bedroom door every time I walk through the door, but I can get past 15. Any tips?
