How did your fitness journey start?
#AskTony Hey Tony! I was wondering if you could tell me how I can increase my pull up numbers. I try to max out on my bar on my bedroom door every time I walk through the door, but I can get past 15. Any tips?

My friends gave me a weird look when I did this. But they are just jelly of my rockin' bod.
I rarely watch TV but I'd like to do this whenever I do and maybe the first thing I do when I get out of bed.
