Excellent workout for lower body. It has helped get rid of my saddlebag and toned my legs.
Is it ok for this workout per day? Or should i practice more?
why does the calorie counter have all those numbers.. does it mean your burning calories between those numbers this – dash

I have bilateral torn rotator cuffs. This workout works well for me right now but I am limiting my arm motion and modifying as needed.

But after I finished my work out , my legs were shivering when I bend my legs.

I just wanted to say Thank You…You guys are Great!!! I have a little request, I'm 49, and love your low impact workouts. My knees can't take impact, but I can handle a longer workout. Can you do a 1000 calorie low impact for us more mature, but still healthy women. Love you guys!!!
