30 second fast and low squat jumps with resistance bands

CIRCUIT
4X 15 Reps Sumo Squats (20lb)
4X 15 Reps Dead Lifts (40lb)
4X 15 Reps Hip Thrusts (20lb,25lb,30lb,35lb)
4X 15 Reps Weighted Squat Jumps (10lbs each leg)
4X 15 Reps Weighted Kick Backs( Right and Left) (10lbs each leg)
