  8. I so much love all your videos. I recently discovered them and I now I work out with them every time! I just did this one and I love it. Could you do full length total body workout similar to this one, maybe including hand weights and triceps toners? If you already have something like that, please point it out to me! Thanks for all your great work!

  9. Your body can definitely get bored with a workout. You should change it up weekly. We have 120+ full length workouts now, and 3-6 new ones every week…You have no shortage of options :)
