QUICK UPPER BODY, ARMS & CORE WORKOUT – how to loose bingo wings



This is a 4 minutes quick at home workout, focussing on the upper body. This means we are going to be working on our arms a lot as well as our core the whole way through. This workout is designed without equipment and the use of our own body weight. This is a quick blast non stop workout. I will guide you through from the start to the end. You will feel a burn right away in your arms, but the key is to keep powering through and to not give in. I created this workout to not build muscle but to define the muscle, tone up and tighten to show lean muscle lines.
My workouts are rhythmic and patterned and created for a much more fun workout. I create my workouts for all levels, whether you are a beginner or a more advanced level. I am a professional dancer, so I created workouts that I have been doing my whole life in my training. Dancer’s don’t naturally look the way they look, they train. These workouts are tailored for workouts at home, for people that don’t have time to go to the gym or rather like to workout in the comfort of their home. My workouts are short but heavy blasts.
