Quick Fitness Workout

Quick Workout | LEGS LATS & LOW-CHEST

Here is a quick workout I did that was inspired by @Fitness Culture. The while thing took me roughly 50 minutes.

-Boxing Warmup
-Floor drills: Skips, Bounding, Lunges, High Kicks, Quad Stretch, etc.
-Modified Hindu Push-ups
-5 Pullups SuperSet 5 Ring Dips, EMOM X10
-Reverse Lunge 3X3 each leg with 1-2 Warmup Sets
-Squat Burnout 3X10+ go for pain
-Farmers Carry, Lunge, Frog Hop Burpees, 25 Yards Each.
