I am confused by how to do the stretch at 4:02 though. Do you have your leg folded across in front of you? Or are you in the position like you're kneeling?

Hi Kelli! 🙂 Great video! I love the flexibility and/or yoga ones for cool downs! I was wondering, can you do a flexibility video that specifically focuses on any exercises that will help someone who wants to work towards doing the splits? (both side splits and right/left splits). I'm sure a lot of your flexibility videos already have exercises that work towards this, but I just thought it would be cool to have a video that was exclusively and specifically for that goal? There are already some videos like that on youtube, but the ones I've seen seem almost silly because they usually just show someone who already knows how to do the splits, and they don't really show stretches that help you get to that level to begin with (if that makes sense). Plus, I wanted you to do it, because I'm a huge fitness blender fan, and I really trust your and Daniel's judgment! 🙂 Thank you for all your hard work though!! I work out with you guys all the time; you're my fave workout buddies! lol 🙂 xx
Its hard to see depth perception in an all white room. Is her leg in front of her for a hip flexor stretch or is it next to her, opening up her hips?
