  6. Mam sirf fruits khane se 1month me kitna km hoga wazan ..or pregnancy ke liye try krne wale pani me lemon or orange ke slices daal kr 4 ghante ke bad sade paani ki jagah lene se jo inches loos hote hai .wo pani le sakte hain.plz bataye.?
