Revital or becadexamin. (You can get from any medical store) .
Dose : a tablet in 24 hour right after your high carb. Meal like peanut butter ,brown rice etc.

🔺PRO TIP🔺 if u can’t afford casein protien,mix your normal whey protien 1 scoop in 250 ml of milk, and then intake. It will be slow digestive then.
