BPI Sports Co-Founder James Grage survived a near-death car accident that forced him to re-evaluate his training. Through this adaptation, James created probably the most complete, concise and muscle-isolating systems I have ever used. why not keep it nonstop in a supinated position ?
Yup did overkill on my Forearms. Strained my Braci and Pronator Quadratus. Sucks man but hey thats what happens when you dare super set Heavy Farmers with light then back to heavy. Your Forearms will die but explode in size AND you will be out for a few weeks.
Mark has no legs.

Marc has different form than James… it's a bit weird
great job on clarifying how to develop the inner long head of the triceps with the over head extensions
mark also has a body similar to Lee Haney.
