  1. Over the year I realized my upper back has gained a lot of fat, that I'm starting to notice a buffalo bump forming! I'm so self conscious about it , that I don't even tie my hair up! Is there any excercise specifically that target that area/region that you can help me on?

  2. Do free weights work the same way as the machines (like in the one arm cable row)? I just feel insecure about not knowing how to use the machines as much as other people in the gym or fear that I'm doing it wrong.
