  1. Over the year I realized my upper back has gained a lot of fat, that I'm starting to notice a buffalo bump forming! I'm so self conscious about it , that I don't even tie my hair up! Is there any excercise specifically that target that area/region that you can help me on?

  2. Do free weights work the same way as the machines (like in the one arm cable row)? I just feel insecure about not knowing how to use the machines as much as other people in the gym or fear that I'm doing it wrong.

  3. this could be asking a bit much, but I always used to just be a cardio bunny because I was afraid to look dumb on the machines. if you could make a video explaining how to use the machines and proper form it would be much appreciated. :D

  4. Thank you so much! I really love the way you explained each of the exercises. I've always wanted to work on my back but I've never been sure HOW and you definitely covered the HOW. I'm going to give this routine a go today and I'm super excited. Do you have any favorite lower ab moves? <3 <3 <3 Subbing!

  5. Miriam here!! ????. your new follower 🙂 quick question…. Do you ever do cardio? And one more question how long ago did you started working out with weights? I really enjoy your videos Thanks for sharing your talent.

  6. Back day is my favorite! I've never seen the first move you did on the cable machine, but I will definitely be adding it to my repertoire ???????? Alsooo after this video I totally want to be your friend ????
