Here are the exercises:

1. Kickouts
2. Seated bicycles
3. Jack knives
4. Super crunches
5. Butt raises
6. Lazy scissors
7. Mini butt raises
8. Heel crunches

The whole 6-pack abs workout for women takes a total of 8 minutes, including rest time between sets.1 set should make your rectus abdominus, your internal and external obliques, and your transversus abdominis, also known as your core, burning like crazy. If you want even more of a challenge, do two sets!

A few tips: First, always remember to exhale completely when you contract or flex the muscle you are working out. Inhale when you release. This will help you achieve results must faster.

  1. The western way of doing this does not teach how to breath correctly. So only who are have already a good courage will complete these start to end.(The more you do it , the more it's getting harder) Others will drop. Lung capacity and the breathing pattern should also be increased at the same time it correcting other parts of the body. That's what make one non tired.

That's why less people drop out from yoga classes before it end and why large amount of people drop out from other fitness related classes.

  2. I don't necessarily have a huge stomach, but it's not flat either. If I do this every day, how long would it take to get a flat stomach? I'm assuming maybe 2 or 3 months. :3
