  3. This seems geared towards beginners, which I definitely am. I sure did feel it, though. I have a band kit where I can change out the levels of resistance, so may use a heavier one with my lower body.

Hi nat, great vid. can u help me pls? i bought today this exact stretch band and when i do curls or chest press, my hands kill from the band. it gets so tight. is there a way to hold them to not burn my hand? should i wear gloves? thanks.. oh and btw, i feel like these things will tear if i pull really hard. is this possible, or are they unrippable for sure> thanks nat

    I've been unable to exercise for a long time. But I'm now trying to get small amounts of equipment (such as dumbells etc) for home to do some home exercise. I'm not a huge fan of cardio (such as running/treadmill) but I do love strength/resistance training. I have just bought some bands and did the exercises in this video – how many times a week/day would you advise this? Thank you :)
