Simple 7 Min Beginner Workout

Hey Sixpack-Shortcutters,

What’s up! In this episode, I will be using assistance from one of my friends. Meet Bryan, who is currently a workout newbie. I’ve prepared a good little workout for individuals just like him that are complete newbies. So if you fall under this category, or would just like to follow along then join us. This workout uses basic beginner level exercises, but the routine will give you advance level results.

Here is the workout

    ⁃    Push ups – 30 secs
    ⁃    Toe Touches – 30 secs
    ⁃    Squats – 30 secs
    ⁃    High Knees – 30 secs

This is a great beginners full body workout. Just because there are basic exercises used in this video don’t be fooled. This doesn’t mean that with the proper consistency you won’t get ripped, or build muscle with this workout.

  1. I feel like this is a workout for someone who didn't do any sports in high school as well so wasn't able to at least have a good beginner athletic like build.  I guess this helps you get that so you can ben ready for the gym.

  2. Hello, i am 11 years old and i am a girl, But i am very boyish like i have short hair and i play football so yeah everyone thinks i am a boy. I am really short. i am like 133 cm at my length.
    And i wanna get tall. But at the same time i wanna be healthy and exercise. yesterday i did this and the next day i had very much pain at my stomach the whole day. I started this 2 days ago. I was wondering. Is it bad for me to get taller? And why do i have pain? Thank you if you answer :)

I'm gonna commit to this every day for at least a month or two after school I'm only ten and am 125lb and I'd like to lose that fat I'm gonna commit to losing my wight starting today January 17 2016 from now on I'm gonna be fit and not be ashamed to wear a shirt that can show my body form I wear a sweat shirt every day just because I'm scared to everyone how fat I am and I'm gonna stop that starting today wish me luck :-)

  6. Love you workouts. Started doing some of the other workouts and had to cut the reputations. This workout give me a chance to do the full workout. How many days per week should I do this workout?
