  1. Hi Andrew, i have a question i was hoping you could help me out without.
    Is it normal for my vertical jump to be significantly lower on the same day as heavy lifting? For example i lift ME upper at 12pm then play ball at 7pm, that same day i can barely jump. Yet a few days later on a day i don't lift i can touch the rim? Thanks Jake.
