Squat 170 kg 370 lbs & A Favorite Post Workout Meal for #Bulking Episode 21



Welcome to today’s episode, number 21! We’ll be starting out the video with some footage of some max lifts from earlier this week including a deadlift of 250 kg / 550 lbs and some bench press of 180 kg / 400 lbs. Today’s #workout will be focusing on quads, glutes, hamstrings and legs where we’ll be performing some #squats of 170 kg /370 lbs in max lift at the gym. Later as I come home I’m happy to share a great post workout meal consisting of cottage cheese, bananas, raisins, peanuts and more. This is a great post workout meal and it’s definitely worth trying as it’s great for muscle gain, high in protein, and great for bulking.
