Step Aerobics Super Quick Workout At Home Cardio – 2 Combos



This is a super quick step aerobics workout for anyone short on time but really wanting to get your heart rate up. Quickly learn two fun combos followed by a quick stretch.
Strengthen both your mind and your body as you sweat through this super quick and super fun time saver workout. Optional power cardio pushes are included throughout the workout to really kick the heart rate up before we stretch. I always cue different options you can choose from to make it work for you.
Focus on the lower body with toning and strength building moves. It’s easy to follow, and super effective for those wishing to gain strength, endurance, and burn a lot of calories.
I believe anyone can step, and feel successful. Follow the options that work for you and your specific goals.

Description:
Warm-up is wrapped into the main workout, then boost metabolism, shape your lower body (butt and thighs), build lean muscle, and get nice and sweaty all while having fun as you work through 2 fun combos. You can join in on the power bursts or keep it low impact. Quick stretch included at the end. (Modified options are cued throughout the entire workout.)

This workout was filmed at 130 bpm. I used a simple beat track in the background in case you want to play your own favorite music as we step together.

This quick workout was really fun.  I have been looking for shorter step workouts, because I just don't have the time to do 4 combos all the time…  Just a suggestion, but if you could add a little bit of leg work at the end of these quick workouts, it would be complete for me.  Luv the percentage clock on the screen, too.  They are very helpful.  Thanks!

  2. I fell out of the habit of exercise for over a year. I felt overweight, out of breath, and tired all the time. I've been a subscriber for a few years so I got the step out and dusted it off about 2 weeks ago and chose this quick workout to get me back into the swing of things. It's been terrific, and now I've progressed to the 20 minute workout after only a week. Baby steps! This short workout is the best for getting confidence back. Now I can progress and get some fitness back! Thanks for thinking of everyone in designing your workouts. I really appreciate it!

  3. Hi Jenny. I'm a 68 year old woman and haven't done step for years, but recently got back into exercise and do several types during my daily hour of exercise. I happened upon your videos and realized just how much I used to love step!! I first practiced on the floor and then bought a full studio size step, that arrived today. Thanks for all of your videos. I especially like those that have the timers onscreen. I just feel it keeps me focused on finishing so I can get to the 100% mark. There are certain steps that I still find awkward (like the leg back arms forward) but I just substitute those. Perhaps at some point I'll be more comfortable with them. Thanks again!

  4. I have been sick this month, still am and decided I needed a workout. This workout was perfect, I don't like that I barely lasted the 13 minutes, but small steps will get me back to full strength again. So thank you Jenny for these wonderful videos of yours! You are awesome in my books!

  5. Please do some advanced 20 minute videos! I like to kick start my day with you but I need some more challenging moves. I only have 20 minutes in my mornings and I'm getting bored with kicks and side legs! Yikes

When I saw your date I was excited to see that you are still exercising and teaching ..Wow… I love stepping and 3 years ago had complications… Now I am back to exercising and wow! lvoe love love your Steps I am thinking of joinging your 30 day challenge do you have a stream channel? I love that you teach the basics for I am dumbfounded even the basic are a bit much for me now to catch on not physical….So thank you.
