This is easiest and simlest workout anyone can do anytime anywhere WE are ignoring body movements and this resulting in stiffness in whole body . To avoid stiffness and pains in body and you can do these body movements or simple workout plan any time anywhere #weightloss #fitness #workoutathome
Here is a quick workout I did that was inspired by @Fitness Culture. The while thing took me roughly 50 minutes. -Boxing Warmup -Floor drills: Skips, Bounding, Lunges, High Kicks, Quad Stretch, etc. -Modified Hindu Push-ups -5 Pullups SuperSet 5 Ring Dips, EMOM X10 -Reverse Lunge 3X3 each leg with 1-2 Warmup Sets -Squat Burnout
