  2. hey m a beginner I dnt hve much time for gym …can I go three day gym in a week and do exercise as Monday chest and back Wednesday shoulder Friday triceps and bicep …pls suggest me wheter it correct or nt fyi dne gym for 2.5 mnth earlier as well I hve only 3 days in a week pls suggest any plan to train in 3 days

  3. I'd feel like you should never put those thing on the bar when doing bench press, like sometimes i cant find a spotter and if i fuck up i could just tilt the bar to one side and put the weights off
    If I had those clips on the bar when i fuck up with no spotter…. i'm fucked rofl
