If you do it 30 each and do a repeat that is 380 abdominal exercises. So I"m going to do this everyday.
Hi guys! So I'm doing this workout since 2 days and I definitely feel some tightening in my stomach but I know it will probably take atleast a week for losing fat so somebody's interested in my progress, please let me know :)

I have been doing these exercises for about a little more than about six weeks, changed my diet, and had lost 17 pounds before hand now it is 23 pounds! But I felt very sluggish with the added weight on my person and tired easily. Now I have more energy, and this exercise How to get a Six Pack is a jump start to my morning.!!
