    2nd min dynamic full body stretch
    3rd min front kick squat
    4th min seated arm curl/overhead press with dumbbells
    5th min side step chest fly with dumbbells
    6th mins knee lift with side bend with dumb bells
    7th mins kick back punch

  2. Does this help with a little loose belly fat? I want a flat stomach I just have little loose belly fat from my pregnancy. Want to get rid of and this looks like I could do it every day at home.

  4. sprinting is the best way to use HIIT cardio , usually sprint a quarter mile , rest for 45 seconds then sprint another quarter mile , rest , do this 4-5 times , 3 times per week
