  1. Have been wanting to get back on the right track and start something new.. working out. I was never really a fan but want to better my health. I feel this video went too fast pace for being a beginner. I was starting to get a little light headed. I also feel it should have a warm up so we can stretch first rather than jumping right in.

  3. Love the simple moves, easy modifications, even for someone who is just starting back and carrying an extra 50. Started about a week ago and have dropped about 3 pounds, but still feel better already. Just had to kick the dog out because he wanted to help with the floor moves. ;)

  4. Like others who've watched this and other videos, it was the first for me that I could completely finish and feel accomplished. I'm a full time student and work at Elementary schools as an instructional aide, so my schedule is a bit full. This can be done as a study break and it makes me excited! I started this yesterday and came back today, so I'm on a roll!! Next week, I'll try to add another video to get some more in, when I have a little more free time. I'm stoked to actually be doing this!! Yeah!!

  5. Wow perfect video, just enough that i didnt have to pause during the video, and even decided to continue the previous move until she stopped talking for the next one just to get in a couple extra moves. Definitely a daily video for me!
