Set timer for 45 minutes (you can use your phone).
– TRX Squat (30 Reps)
– Stability Ball Leg Curls (15-20 Reps)
– Bench Push-ups (15-20 Reps)
– TRX Rows (15-20 Reps)
– Single-Leg Romanian Deadlifts (15-20 Reps Per Leg)
– Dumbbell Press (15-20 Reps)
– Lunges (15-20 Reps Per Leg)
– Lying Tricep Extensions (15-20 Reps)
Rest a bit before repeating this circuit again for 45 minutes total.
You can do this over 40 women’s workout 2X per week over the next 4-6 weeks.
