  1. These doctors clearly don't know anything about nutrition. Whey protein? Really?!? Just FYI doctors casein is the protein found in dairy and it's directly linked to promote cancer. That's not an opinion, it's scientific evidence. Dairy is disgusting. Go vegan.

  3. After workout you need fast sugars and decent protein. Avoid fat obvs… but quick carbs. However and realistically it's total kcal and macro split over a day that technically matters when it comes to body comp
