  9. I like this except for the creatine, I have to look into that green stuff. Btw you might want to check out Glucosamine Chondroitin as a joint supplement. Idk about you but I think my joints aren't the best when it comes to lifting really strenuous weights so I take two-three capsules a day for that. And they give a slight energy boost but nothing more noticeable than caffeine.
