The Burstfit Workout Plan-Day 1

Recently came across this fitness program designed by Dr. Josh Axe. It’s a 4 week program that combines HIIT workouts and a clean eating program (complete with recipes and menus!)
I like the discipline of adhering to a smart, healthy effective workout plan and am very excited to be trying this out.
