THE FAST AND FIT HIIT CIRCUIT | 20MIN HOME WORKOUT | Rach Robertson Fitness



The fast and fit circuit is a quick home workout that you can have finished in under 20mins. No equipment needed for this one. You can do it in a hotel room, at the beach or in a tiny room. It is super quick and super effective. Have fun!

WARM UP:
Low side to side lunge x10
Leg swing x10 each way

CIRCUIT (Repeat x3)
1a. 10x Frog burners to Side to side jump -1min
1b. 10x Mountain Climbers to floor burpee -1min
1c. 10x Bicycles to 10x Situps-1min
1d. 10x Split Jumps to 10x high knees-1min

COOL DOWN:
Kneeling hip flexor
Pigeon with Quad
