Hey girls! This video has been highly requested. So here is a follow along upper body workout!
Time to work those lady guns! This workout is right from the NEW Upper Body Plan #2! This is pretty much how all of my upper body workouts look like. I like HIIT style workouts that are quick and effective!
This workout is perfect for those who are looking to tighten and tone their arms! This upper body workout for women can be done at home or the gym! All you need for this arm workout for women is a pair of dumbbells and some space.
This arm workout will target your biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and chest! This is a follow along upper body workout for women that I know you will love!
