  2. I can’t wait to try this!! I’m 58 and I carry a lot of my extra weight in my arms. ( it’s in my genes) I NEVER wear short sleeves. I hope to at least tone my arms enough so I’m more comfortable in my own skin. They are so bad I have even thought about surgery to take some of the fat off. 😔 thank you for sharing these exercises it looks fun!

  5. LOL, I think you made this video just for me! I was diagnosed with MS in 2012 when I was just finishing menopause! During the last 7 years, all my upper arm muscle. I use to have great well-defined arms, and now I just hide them. I needed this video! Thank you 🙂
