  3. The information and exercise routines are great. Thanks for sharing. I would leave out the part where the man gives his opinion about your body. A guys opinion about a woman’s body is irrelevant. Like you say, we work out to feel better about ourselves, not to make a man feel better about how we look.

  4. LOVE your channel! I'd find this vid really helpful if you could film the whole workout with the 3 x 10 reps of each, otherwise i can't always remember the exact posture for each exercise? x

  5. I love your videos- thank you. But a few ideas- first, it is important to allow the muscles to heal so to do this 5 days a week is not healthy for the muscle. When I worked out I would do upper body one day, lower body next, and a day off. Another concern is that for most people a much lighter weight is needed, or lesser reps to begin.

  6. I am going to be 49 in August, and I have lost alot of weight this past year and a half. I rarely ever wear short sleeves now( much less ever thinking about going sleeveless”). My flabby arms took my confidence level to a new low! Making me self concience about my arms like never before!
    I am so glad I found your video! I need toning in my arms and legs! Especially since the weight loss! Thank You for giving great instructions that will be not only easy to follow, but inspiring enough that I can see myself doing these at least three days a week! ❤️😊🙏🏻
