  1. I have a question Tracy. Do I need to do more than 2 or 3 different arm workouts? I am feeling overwhelmed. I am doing 60 minutes of cardio and then doing a different arm workout but you have soooooooo many I am having trouble deciding how many I really need to do every week. Should I do 7 different ones???? Help me I'm old and confused!

  4. Your videos are fantastic and just what I needed! I don't have time to go change outfits and do a great long routine every day. I only ever have snatched five to ten minutes in which to do anything and your videos are perfect for that! I can wear my normal clothes and do these exercises when I have a spare moment. AND I don't get bored because you have so many to choose from. Your presentation is great too. Thank you so much for making these videos. Finally exercises I know I can stick to! x
