I have a question Tracy. Do I need to do more than 2 or 3 different arm workouts? I am feeling overwhelmed. I am doing 60 minutes of cardio and then doing a different arm workout but you have soooooooo many I am having trouble deciding how many I really need to do every week. Should I do 7 different ones???? Help me I'm old and confused!
I suspect that the many ladies with very impressive big muscles that you see around these days are using much bigger heavier weights than those Tracy.

Your videos are fantastic and just what I needed! I don't have time to go change outfits and do a great long routine every day. I only ever have snatched five to ten minutes in which to do anything and your videos are perfect for that! I can wear my normal clothes and do these exercises when I have a spare moment.
