I wish that as you explained the movements you also told us what specific muscle is being targeted, I've noticed that a lot of workouts that are geared towards women are like this, very general and just kind of "arm" workout, instead of being letting us know what workout targets delts, front delets, biceps etc etc

  3. Ok if you do this a lot will you get this big vains that guys get when they workout ? Bc I really don't want that and every time I do this my vains pop out more ???
