  2. thank you for posting great workouts   I was taught that burpees are chest to deck with a full jump,  what you are doing is a in and out with a jump which where I workout is called a modified burpee.  Is there a burpee standard or can people just do what ever they want. I have seen people do them without raising arms either. What is you advice or opinion on this?

  3. I am going to try something new with workout routine.  A short cardio and strength training then a flexibility routine.  I want to do it 2-4 times a week depending on my work schedule.  I thought I would start with this HIIT…I am winded!  WHEW!

  4. I am trying to lose weight, i am going to the gym for last 4 months, i feel i had gained little bit of strength, but i lose only 2 kg of my weight, i am doing calorie diet 4 days a week, should i do only cardio or what kind of weights should i do?? plz suggest me i am really confused…..!!!

  5. They can't make a video everyday, it takes a lot of time and hard work for Dan and Kelli to make 1 video, it's better off just switching between workouts eachday

  6. I really like this thanks! Just one suggestion maybe change your background? A white background is kinda plain to look at and when we exercise with the video it just isn't so motivational. Just a suggestion but its the quality of your vids that appeal to us most thank u!
