TR90 Workout Plan (Week 2)



This is my personal sharing with those who are undergoing/done #TR90 Weight Management Program. Minimal workout is strongly recommended to help you tone & shape faster, have fun! πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Set:
Plank Shoulder Touch x 20
Lunges x 20
Plank knee to elbow x 10
Deep Squat x 20

Rest, repeat 3 sets every session.

Do at least one session a day, everyday.
