  2. These excercises are also called dynamic stretching bcs until we stretch,,our muscles will nt get space to grow
    When I have to train my biceps and back than I usually starts with pullups,,chinups and medium grip pushups for 30 mins and the rest 30 mins fr lifting weights
    And on chest-triceps day I use to do 150 Hindu pushups fr 30 mins thn again the rest 30 fr lifting weights
    My training never exceeds for more than 1 hr
    I use to train 6 days a week and each body part twice in a week
    So dis is my workout style and m getting better results
    Urs are also good and m gonna try this
