  1. it's hard for me to do the treadmill running is such a challenge!! I've been riding my bike around neighborhood and at gym and I've loss 12 pound so far. I need more motivation when it comes to running.

  2. the jogging backwards really works, i feel like ive had more of a workout than foward jogging. I will try the others though, didnt know about them till now. Thank you for sharing.

  3. Product works. Increased energy and better bowel movement, overall it did the job. Drink plenty of water its a must 3-4 liters a day is what I managed. I also added more fiber to my diet. I took it daily in the afternoons, the mornings weren't ideal for me and the job I work. Product works just took me longer

  4. I literally have never seen anyone else work out like this! I thought I was the only one. I wasnt even sure if it was 'Safe" but I was like F it I feel like I have better overall work out in less time. So I just do everything I can on the treadmill. (+yoga after)

  5. I do an hour of cardio on a 10 incline-3.2 speed (burning 600 calories) and I try to go at least 5-6 days a week and abs for 30 minutes. I want to try to get abs and get my stomach tone and lose weight. I try to eat 1200-1500 calories and yes I have my cheat days sometimes duh lol but if I do this, could I lose weight? should I add anything to my regiment? I'm trying to lose 10-15 pounds & anyone can answer this! :)
