Tue: 3/12/19 Weigh-in, Meal Plan & Workout.



Tue: 3/12/2019 Second day weigh-in, meal plan, push-ups & 10-block walk. On Wed: 3/13/2019 I’ll be adding working out on a punching bag & Wed: 3/20/2019 I’ll add 1-hour of weightlifting.
