  1. Very good Sami that you did not do the exercise "Upright barbell row" when you just holding the weights in your hands and then just push up the shoulders, up and down with straight body. Because it is many people suffering with pain in trapezius from that exercise! thats why :)

  3. if curvy comes in all shapes sizes and colors. why are you working out your body wasn't naturally curvy you have to and had to work out to get the kind of body you wanted.
