Upper Body Metabolic Workout | Pre & Post Workout Meals



Metabolic workouts are my favourite kind of workouts! They’re high intensity and can burn a lot of calories if done correctly. It only requires minimal equipment, this is a dumbbell only workout. I also show you my pre and post workout meals on this day to fuel my workout- but if you’re not an elite level athlete, I wouldn’t worry too much about finding the ‘perfect’ peri workout nutrition.

THE WORKOUT:
Chest Press x 12
Mountain Climbers x 100
Standing Curl to Press x 10
Kettlebell Swing x 30
Push Up to Toe Tap x 10
Plank Jacks x 40
Hammer Curl x 12
Tricep Kickback x 15
Plank Up/Downs x 10 each arm

Perform all moves back to back with no rest until the circuit is complete. Repeat 3-4 times.
