Upper body Workout| Gym Progress| Treat Meals



Hey everyone! Welcome back to another vlog! In this vlog I show how I approach having what I refer to as a treat meal.
For me a treat meal is going to and enjoying what I crave in moderation.
I included pics of what I had!
I also included a simple, but effective upper body workout.
I’ll include the time stamp if you want to skip to the workout as well.
Lastly, I show you one of my post workouts meals. What I call my version of a “Taco Bell burrito”. 😂 My version is plain, but of course you can get creative and make it your own.

  1. Don't put too much pressure on yourself with the steps. You're doing great and sculpting up (the upper back and arms) pretty well.
