Hey everyone! Welcome back to another vlog! In this vlog I show how I approach having what I refer to as a treat meal.
For me a treat meal is going to and enjoying what I crave in moderation.
I included pics of what I had!
I also included a simple, but effective upper body workout.

Lastly, I show you one of my post workouts meals. What I call my version of a “Taco Bell burrito”. 😂 My version is plain, but of course you can get creative and make it your own.
