  4. Yea cold and shitty here also!!  I cut 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks of hitting the gym hard so i am happy. lol  and Man i need to come to your house to eat haha your food looks so good and presented so nice!!and yea, you def look great!

  5. So when you say add weight and cut rest periods, how else do you recommend sets be changed. Do you drop reps for the added weight and increase weight at lower reps. Say you are doing 3 sets of 12. You want to cut, so you switch to 3 sets of 8 with 10% more weight, and then increase weight once you can do 10 reps? like that?

  6. Hi, it's really great to see your workout in the gym. I do mostly running and since winter is coming I really want to get inside and hit the weights more. I am really nervous about weight rooms and being the only female. I don't want to look like I don't know what I am doing. Thanks for sharing your tips!!
