Vegan Fretta/Frittata | Healthy Post-Workout Meal

My vegan fretta/frittata. Here in Central NY that’s what we call them.
Found at almost every local diner, these delicious scrambles normally consist of eggs, vegetables, and a variety of meats and cheeses, but I veganized it for a delicious, nutritious and filling meal.

If you’re in the area Sept. 7-8 come visit us at the Beaver Lake Golden Harvest Festival . This is my favorite show of the season. This craft fair takes place at a nature center, with beautiful hiking trails. The air is getting crisper, the cider donuts will be served, and you will know that autumn is right around the corner.

  1. Great video! Remind us all to eat BEFORE watching your videos- now I'm really hungry! And now for my OCD question- what are the gray things plugged in your outlets in the background-with the flashing lights?

  2. Love the recipe. I make something similar, often, but love your take on it. I too, have started a new exercise routine. Not nearly as vigorous as yours, but still, I'm sore the next day. It's said that we're sore because we tear down the fibers of the muscles, when we work out, and need the next day for them to build. I guess that's how we grow dem muscles… hopefully. I know that a year ago, I had a flat–ish stomach, and after not working out for a year, it's… well… not flat, for sure. Same weight, and same size. Good lesson. I just know I have to begin where I am so, thanks for the encouragement.
