Today would like to share with you one of my exercise routine for cardio workout. I am currently on a journey to lose about 30 pounds and this dance has been so helpful to me, in assisting me achieve my goal since i started doing it. I did not create this dance, but i got my inspiration from one of danny’s workout video, and this has been my go to video since i discovered. You might want to give it a try if you want to , but remember to not overdo it.Putting your body under much stress will only cause you to get discourage early. I do this about 3 times a day, and i can’t wait to see what the results will look like in a few months. Will definitely keep you updated.
