I use the youtube channel Hasfit for my workouts and they are amazing. Here I show the upper body work out I have been doing this week in order to tighten my arms and also some of the healthy meals I have been eating. Also, I went whale watching this week as part of my self-care routine. These days whenever I have time, I try to go out and enjoy nature and that often revitalizes me.
