  3. Hi Lucy! I just started my fitness journey a few weeks ago. Of course, I've done this many times in the past, and never stuck with anything. But I've found your workouts fun and I'm still doing them! Thank you so much for continuing to offer new ones so I can mix it up but keep going on my journey! You are keeping me motivated, and I can't thank you enough for that! One question – when I'm doing them at home, can I do them barefoot, or should I be working out in sneakers like you are?

  5. Really nice workout. I began with the easear versions 7 month ago and now I do always the difficult one. I know lost 43 kg that ar more or less 95 english pounds I guess and I'm so thankfull to you Lucy! A big hug!!!!

  6. Hi Lucy! I don't really have the time to go to the gym anymore and I really want to work out at home regularly. But I just moved in a tiny TINY place so I can't really make super big movements like kicks, planks, sidesteps, jumping jacks, etc. (I can barely do squats). Bit of an odd video idea but if you can, could you maybe do a video on workouts that you can do in small spaces? Thanks very much!

  7. Hi do u have any good workouts for teens , I’m an allstar cheerleader and we do a lot of cheerleading but I have took a break off cheer so I want to try some new workouts to keep fit whilst I’m on break ☺️
