This is an update to the “What I Eat In Day” video that I did the first week on this fitness journey. This have changed a little, for the best. The biggest change I’ve made to how I eat is calculating and tracking my macros. Some days I don’t meet my macro numbers but I certainly try to everyday. This is a work in progress for me and I will be providing updated “What I Eat In A Day” videos as I move a long in this journey to rock hard abs and a firm booty.
